During the week of March 24th, 2024, the Chaffee County Sheriff’s Office received information from the Internet Crimes Against Children’s Task Force, ICAC, in regards to an individual who was downloading images of child pornography from the internet.
The Chaffee County Sheriff’s Office began investigating this individual which resulted in one arrest. The suspect, Wayne Horman, age 85, part time resident of Chaffee County, full time resident of Arvada, Colorado was booked into the Chaffee County Sheriff’s Office on (2) counts of Sexual Exploitation of a Child, a class 5 Felony.
