Q. How do I contact someone who is in the Detention Facility?

Q. Can I call an inmate in the Detention Facility?
A. No. Inmates are not able to receive phone calls. However, they are able to call out by calling collect, calling using a phone card that they purchase through the commissary, or family/friends can go to www.correctionalbillingservices.com and purchase prepaid phone time for an inmate. Do not call to leave a message for an inmate to call; messages will not be delivered unless it is an emergency. If it is an emergency you will be asked what the emergency is and it will be verified before the message is delivered.
Q. When are visiting hours, and who may visit?
A. Visitation is on Saturdays and Sundays from 1p.m. to 4p.m. Family and personal visits are not only permitted, they are encouraged. Visits help morale by maintaining close family ties and contact with the outside community, in a practical way. Phone visits and family and personal visits are a privilege that can be suspended or restricted temporarily or indefinitely for any rule violations or safety precautions.
Inmate visiting hours: Saturday and Sunday 1pm to 4pm. Visits are 15 minutes in length. Inmates are allowed up to two visits per week, only one in a single day. One of the two visits my have up to three visitors. All visitors over the age of 18, must have a valid United States photo identification. Visitors under 18 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.
Official visits – from attorneys, clergy and others recognized by the jail as having an official function are allowed to visit more often, and are not counted as personal visits.
