CHAFFEE COUNTY SHERIFF’S OFFICE Salida, Colorado On September 24, 2020 members of the Andrew Moorman search team found items that were recovered by the Chaffee County Crime Scene Team. At this point those items do not appear to be connected to the Suzanne Morphew investigation.
The Chaffee County Sheriff’s Office and the Colorado Bureau of Investigation spent the better part of the day distributing more missing person flyers to Chaffee County residents today, the three month anniversary of Suzanne Morphew’s disappearance. The investigation is still ongoing.

The Salida Post Office has advised that because of the inability to deliver the mail, or residents to get their mail in the evacuation area, that they are holding the mail at the post office and residents who are evacuated can pick it up there.
