Chaffee County Sheriff John Spezze was notified by the forest service that the fire has jumped the containment line above Bear Creek. The fire is moving in a north easterly direction. We have now evacuated Silverheels Drive, Bear Creek and 2 residences just west of Silverheels drive. All other residence from County Road 108 eastbound to just west of Silverheels Drive are still on pre-evacuation notice however you should be ready to evacuate at a moments notice should the need arise
